DR. RAJEEV DHAWAN

Dr. Rajeev Dhawan is a Senior Advocate and a Barrister who studied Law in London. He is a human rights activist and a Commissioner of the International Commission of Jurists. He earlier studied at Allahabad (now Prayagraj). Although born way back in 1943 at Pakistan. He is still very active in Legal Practice. He is a busy Lawyer and works very hard like a young chap. All the judges recognize his hard work when he argues in constitutional cases which involves basic structure questions and discussion in Court. His younger brother was the Ex. Chief Justice of Patna High-Court. He argued many important cases like Babri Masjid from the Muslims side in the Supreme Court of India. His arguments were further noted in Saharas case and this important case was argued for many days before 3 Judges Bench.

Dr. Dhawan has a good clientage from U.P., M.P., Rajasthan, Haryana etc.

He is a great philosopher, a thinker, a jurist, a teacher and above all has a very nice nature. He is a perfect old Lawyer and a famous and experienced Advocate in Supreme Court of India.
